if it is for out door.... alsome, I would add a slow release fertalizer like ozmacoat or miriacal grow while on veg then add a fert later for flowering.

If its indoors the peat and rice haul might have unwanted bugs, but I could be wrong.

Sounds like the soil has a bit of everything. Most of what's included is for aeration of the soil not food for the plants. The fert you picked is fine for the veg state. Use it at 1/4 to 1/2 strength at first to make sure you don't nute burn your plants. You can increase the strength as the plants get older.

i did add some perlite thought bought a separate bag.the nutes is ok but i was wondering why my plant doesn't grow .its been a month but there isn't any sex showing even thought its an autoflower strain (nirvana short rider reg).its only 3 inches tall only...hmmmmmm thanks for the reply buddy
Sounds like you are stunting them with nutes to early. Other growth slowing problems would be container and temp. Well more then this but its main.

don't make things harder than what they are use 5-10-5 (root stlimator)untill vegative stage then use 15-30-15, remember when it comes to fertilization, your plant does not like "N", during the flowering stage. remember kept it simple, make it easy for your self, use organic soil
