Saying that Miracle gro has no place in growing marijuana is like saying that Organic growers have no business growing Marijuana. I for one am not going to criticize anyone for being an organic grower. It is just not for me. I am not going to be an organic grower. Miracle gro is a great  fertilizer and it works just as good as the high dollar fertilizers and works as well as any organic fertilizer. Some people do like organic gardening, driving hybrid cars, recycling, stopping global warming and so on. It is a personal choice. For anyone to push people away from using a product or to insinuate a certain type of growers do not have a place in growing is outright ridiculous. Will your marijuana be better using organics? the short answer is NO. Is it non organic dangerous to use. NO we have been eating foods with commercial fertilizers for years. I have been eating trout out of the rivers that it runs off into for years. Organic manures  run off in the same rivers and have harmful bacterial growth. I'm still not dead! If you are a beginner grower and dont want to buy 20 different components to growing or spend an arm and a leg then try using MG and dont listen to the bullshit from organic growers or a company trying to push a high dollar fertilizer just for marijuana.

I would never use it on my indoor grow, but outdoors I have to many plants to spend tons of money on organic ferts. so im with both  mainemed and grower27.  There is a time and a place to use it, but that said, it should be used with extreme caution because its easy to over fert. with it.              USE WITH CAUTION

Synthetic fertilizers simple work quicker and are stronger then organic ones. Organics have to be broken down and changed before they can even be consumed by plants. You waste have the nutrients during the wrong stages waiting for the organic materials to be ready to use. Not to mention that the rate of breakdown process drops dramatically when temperatures fall below 55-60 degrees, so you end up wasting more time.  Sure their are pros and cons with each. It comes down to a personal choice not the health of something. They both can produce hazards. You want to call someone misguided or simply wrong but as an organic fertilizer you want to look past the harms associated with the shit you use. pun intended. Now back to your bullshit salt theory, Different fertilizers have different salt indexes. Table salt has an index of 114. Ammonium nitrate has one of 105. The synthetic organics have indexes of around 10, and the natural organics are around 5. If a soil test indicates a high salt level in the soil, use a fertilizer with a low salt index. Your salt is not as harmful as your propaganda insist.

Okay, I have read all your post. Mad, No I am not mad for your attack but i am going to respond. In one sitting not ten which is actually a sign of someone mad and not being able to get their thoughts together. The attack was stated by you in your question for the debate. Miracle gro should not be used for cannabis because it is a great big ole health risk and that grower27 shouldn't be suggesting it. That is the attack. So don't play the victim for something that you intentionally started. I will not refrain from posting when you attack with bullshit. I understand your synthetic salts propaganda. I don't care nor does it really matter if they can be flushed out. Sure i will be the first to tell you that i will not eat a big spoonful of Miracle gro. For you to say no one should use it because it is going to have health risk associated with it is a pile of horse crap. The product has been used for years by thousands of people and they have survived. Like me who has been using it in the garden on veggies and fruit for years. I'm pretty sure that everyone here knows that their is a health risk with anything. Even starring at this computer screen. Including molasses and manures that carry harmful bacteria. That is the stuff that you suggest are you wrong for it? Are you going to tell me that it is safe and can be flushed away? Then haw you was every bud and sterilize it with alcohol?

well Grower27 support Miracle Grow it is your health not mine but it should not be used and you should not be suggesting its use to other people it is NOT for cannabis and anybody that tells you to use it quit frankly does not know as much as they wish they did.you have no business telling people to use a product that could be a health risk.sorry but you are dead wrong Grower27.Miracle Grow is made from synthetic nutrients and thus should not be used for cannabis production because the Miracle Grow can not be flushed entirely from the plant because it is absorbed by the plants tissue and thus cannot be flushed!!!!!PERIOD

well that's weird it doesn't say not for cannabis on the bag (sarcasm) the cannabis that i grow in MARICLE GRO is great no funky tastes and i don't flush it... the way you enforce your opinion on growing marijuana tells me that if you even tried this product that you have such a strong opinion on you over watered your plants... and compare the same strains flushed and non flushed there is no different your just wasting your time fooling yourself that you flushed out all the "harmful" chemicals... and if your worried about chemicals think about all the lighter fuel you inhaled hitting all those pipes and bongs... you have no business on this page or even near a grow room if you think any type of any soil of ANY! kind is bad for MJ you just don't know how to adjust to the growing conditions
