only pull off any dead or dying leaves, only trim your buds after harvesting them.  Your plants use there leaves to convert light into energy so it can grow tall and produce fat dense flowers. DO NOT TRIM WHILE PLANT IS GROWING

In veg you need to trim cut the growing tips to take clones and allow your plant to branch out and bush. I also trim the leaves of that are yellowed and not helping photosynthesis. Well not trim but pull the leaves off.  DO NOT trim in harvest at all.

they don't call it "supercropping" but they are really passionated about trimming and keeping the plants as short as possible for sure only while veg-phase.

funny thing is that even when they're passionated about their method they told me I should find my own style and just get some experience.
Nontheless they told me to read guides and book as much as possible and never ever try caring the leaves or whisper good stuff, which def. won't work, even when you love them alot. ;)

Thats the best advice anyone could give.  Never stop learnig, and find your own style. One persons style may not be another persons. There are many different styles to growing and its just a matter of finding yours.

if youre gona cut summit of it id cut it of in veg n leave it alone in the flowering period, and let it concentrate on makin flowers coz it stunts the plant to heal its self, wasting valuable flowering time

Neither. You need to pick the yellow leaves and any leaves that show necrosis. Do your trimming at harvesting time...

The only time that I cut anything off my plants is to clone or to take of dead leaves. However when I take my plants from the vegging room and put them to flower I do take off the bottom 2or3 branches so that it gets good air flow on the underside of the plant, this will also cause the top branches to bush out.  Also  some people do trim there plants down to fit into a certain space just make sure you dont go hog wild and send the plant into shock and let it heal before doing anymore trimming.

I would only recommend doing any trimming while your plants are in the vegging stage, only take dead or dying leaves off during flowering as it will screw with the plant and cause it to divert energy from the existing buds to producing new buds that wont fully mature buy the time the plant is harvested.
